Payment is processed securely through Razorpay (for INR transactions) or Stripe (for USD transactions). We do not store any payment card information on our servers.

3. Order Processing

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Orders are subject to verification and availability. ANDOR Luxury reserves the right to cancel any order if there are issues with pricing, product availability, or payment verification. Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit and are subject to additional terms.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Domestic shipments within India typically arrive within 2-3 business days, while international shipments take 5-7 business days. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges

ANDOR Luxury offers a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original condition with all certificates and packaging. Custom-made, engraved, or personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection of the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the ANDOR Luxury website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and software, is the property of ANDOR Luxury and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
