These Terms and Conditions govern your use of andorluxury.com, including the purchase of products such as Lab Grown Diamond Jewelry, precious stones, precious metal jewelry, and accessories. Andor Luxury is operated and managed by VABS Diamond.

By using the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. You cannot send or share harmful, malicious, or offensive materials through the website, such as viruses, spam, or inappropriate content.

You are not allowed to access parts of the website or its data that you do not have permission to use. You cannot disrupt or disturb how the website operates, such as by overloading its servers, breaking its features, or causing errors. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the website if you violate these Terms.

3. Products and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of our jewelry. However, due to variations in screen settings and craftsmanship, slight differences may occur. All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change product prices or descriptions without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed through the Site. Confirmation of an order signifies our acceptance of it. Payment methods include Credit Cards, Razorpay, Google Pay, Bank Transfers, and all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Your order will be processed only upon successful payment.

5. Delivery Policy

We deliver across India. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location and circumstances. Shipping charges will be clearly stated at the time of checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Ensure to inspect the package upon receipt.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Customized or engraved jewelry is non-returnable. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days after the item passes quality checks.

All sale items are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not offer exchange or buyback services. Andor Luxury is not responsible for lost or stolen items during transit.

7. Warranty

All Andor Luxury jewelry comes with a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Exclusions: Wear and tear, lost stones, product loss, or theft; Unauthorized repairs or resizing by other jewelers; Non-precious metals and Eternity Bands resizing; Sale and non-returnable items. Services performed by other jewelers will void our warranty and guarantee policies.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placement to receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours but before the jewelry has been shipped, a restocking fee of 20% of the order value will be charged. To cancel an order, you must contact Andor Luxury Customer Service. Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

9. Repair and Customization Services

We offer professional repair services, including ring resizing, chain repairs, prong replacements, soldering, and metal refinishing. We offer a complimentary one-time ring resizing service within 30 days of purchase for all orders within India.

For customization, send an image and description of your desired piece to service@andorluxury.com and we'll provide design options and a price quotation. Custom orders can be cancelled within 2 business days for a full refund in store credits, which never expire.

10. SMS Text Messaging

By opting in to receive SMS communications from Andor Luxury, you agree to receive text messages regarding promotions, updates, and other relevant information. Standard message and data rates may apply.

11. Prohibited Activities
